Terms of Service & Shipping

Communication is key when ordering invertebrates from shes.regally.bold. We strive for 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offer LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) on overnight shipping only via FedEx and must be available to receive package. LAG is valid as long as there’s proof of DOA (Dead On Arrival) within 2 hours of delivery ie: pictures or video. Unboxing video is highly recommended to ensure easy replacement of animal. My shipping day is Tuesday & temperatures must be between 45-90 degrees.

**If temperatures are below 45 degrees a FedEx hub pick up is recommended.

shes.regally.bold will not replace any DOA if hub pick up is denied. We will honor LAG only for FedEx hub pick ups.  LAG is NOT offered for 2Day Fed Ex delivery so keep this in mind when ordering your new family member.  

PLEASE NOTE: The price of shipping is NOT included in the prices of the spoods or the merchandise!  It is your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs. Please make sure you are picking the correct shipping at checkout!  If you do not have the correct shipping applied at check out we will send you an email and if shipping isn’t paid for in 24hours of notification your order will be cancelled.  


Refunds and Cancellations

FedEx does not reimburse for lost packages or DOA’s. We’ll replace (free of charge) or refund money of any DOA excluding shipping. If a replacement animal is desired than buyer must pay second shipping cost. Cancellations, shipping charges cannot be refunded once order has been placed. Animal costs will be refunded.
