Jumping spiders are very intelligent for their size. They have excellent 3D vision in full color, good hearing and sense of touch and smell.  It's even been said that they have the intelligence of a 3 year old human and have even been known to actually dream.  They are super playful, love to explore, and most of all they love interaction with their human best friends.  For these reasons they make excellent first time spider owner pets!  **Please note the spider in the picture is my adult female. Took 2 days to arrive which is on time. The spood was immediately active and happily took a meal worms within the hour. I love her ! They also communicated super well and fast and even recommended a place to get food. Highly recommend

Perfect addition to the family
